The staff were helpful . I requested a quiet room on the highest floor, and they delivered, but the excitement hit when I realized I forgot my charger. Luckily, the hotel provided a handy smartphone that saved my day! The breakfast was also excellent, served right to my room without extra charges-there's nothing quite like starting the morning with coffee in bed!
It wasn't cheap, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

Gorgeous, special hotel with extremely polite people and fab location in the very centre of Paris. Location next to the CDG Etoile metro station and numerous restaurants and shops.

The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. I got an upgrade of the room and got a nice suite. This one was facing the courtyard and very quiet - as requested. The location was very good to get to the congress center and for all other activities in Paris.
The WLAN could be a bit better - it has failed a few times.

An Really good Stay with Warm Hospitality!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very good, immediately responding to our requests with genuine smiles. The breakfast kick-started our mornings with fresh pastries and local options. Don't miss out on the charm of the nearby cafés for a true Parisian experience.

The location was perfect, only a short walk to the champs-elysées and arc de triomphe. The staff went out of their way to.

Superb location right by Arc de Triomphe yet very quiet at night. Incredibly polite and welcoming staff (particularly by Parisian standards!). Lovely decoration in hotel (period furnishings) giving it style, class and character, all at very sensible rates. Leagues ahead of the faceless, homogenous chain hotels up the road at La Defense. Highly recommended and will continue to stay here on return trips to Paris.
Wireless internet speed in room was slow and some tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice.

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I still remember how the staff helped me print documents on my first stay. Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

The property was ideal with outstandingly accommodating staff in a kind and courteous manner, I liked the stay. The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, a triumphal arch was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. I was upgraded to a perfectly clean room with 2 individual toilets.

The location is great - - a quiet street just above the The Arc de Triomphe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every staff person I met spoke English. There are several good restaurants very nearby for those evenings when you don't want to go far from your bed. The metro and rer station is within one block and there is an elevator to the station (very handy for luggage coming from or going to either airport). The hotel has an elevator as well (although it is very small, like most in Paris). The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast, although there is a bakery (Patisserie) about 3 blocks away that is excellent and will make you want to skip the hotel breakfast at least once during your stay. There is shopping close by in either direction - the Champs- Elysees in one direction and more reasonably priced, but still very good, stores in another.
We were not given the rooms we were promised on our return visit to the hotel. We were instead put into the "family rooms" on the 3rd Floor (37 and 38). The little room with the toilet in 37 is literally so small that many people could not close the door in order to use the "facilities." The higher floors (5 and 6) are much better, so be sure to ask for, and insist upon, a room on those levels.
